We’ll start with a welcome cleanse, drink single origin cacao and use breathwork tools, journal prompts and guided meditation to honor ourselves and our personal journey.

About Cinthya Font:
Cinthya is twice-certified as Circle Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, Herbalist, Reiki 1, Montessori Teacher, Master Gardener, Mediation Guide, Course in Miracles Teacher and a lifetime student. She grew up in Sonora Mexico within the Yaqui traditions. Raised by her grandmother, she learned to use plants and energy to align body, mind and soul for healing & empowerment. She completed her studies at the National Institute of History & Anthropology in Mexico City, and in 1998 moved to Connecticut. She frequently travels back to different parts of Mexico to work with modern day Curanderas from Oaxaca, Sonora, Merida, Tabasco and Mexico City.
